  I would lead other coaches through curriculum and collaborate with my team to ensure we were working together efficiently. I facilitated a safe, and supportive environment for the youth population to learn tennis and other character developing skills during our camp. I was the main point of contact on site for the program, handling questions and various situations.

  I facilitated communication with external networks for registrations and marketing. I wrote sustainable curriculum and led the program. I worked with clients of various backgrounds, ages and activity levels. I worked one on one with my mentor to develop my professional identity as coach, salesperson and wellness professional. I shadowed Crossfit classes, learning techniques of coaching and programming. Additionally, I learned how to conduct an Active Life Movement Assessment to assess mobility and flexibility of the client.

  I managed the recreational youth Rectennis programs spreading from Central Washington to Northern Idaho. This included recruiting, hiring, training and managing staff. I facilitated and maintained intersectional relations with local Parks and Recreation services and school districts. I handled the customer service of my regional programs, managing communication and registrations.

  I worked with multiple clients, conducting sessions in alignment with National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) protocol and training. During this practicum experience, I accrued 50 sessions with clients to support client-generated goals and behaviors.
