      As a Front of House Supervisor, it was not only my job to ensure the smooth running food service for the entire hotel, but to build a positive rapport to make sure that all clients and guests leave the premises feeling happy and that they have received an excellent experience. Show less While Studying part-time at Loughborough College for the Diploma and the BA Honours, I worked at 3 hotels all owned by Hillbrook Hotels; The Bull and Swan and The William Cecil in Stamford and The Bath Arms on the Longleaf Estate, in Wiltshire.After a month of working for The Bull and Swan, I was then promoted to Front of House Supervisor.In the Summer of 2012, I was transferred down to The Bath Arms for 6 weeks where I shadowed and under took training for Duty Manager. On my return and to help my progress in my career even further, I was then moved to The William Cecil.       Whilst at Funky-Tents and Events I have extended my event management skills even further and developed on my previous events experience at Hillbrooke Hotels. I am currently involved in all aspects of events management, this includes negotiating with suppliers from all industries to ensure the success of the event, working within budget and meeting tight deadlines.As well as carrying out my responsibilities as an event planner, I have also set up the social media network for Funky-Tents & Events. It is my responsibility to provide the content for all social media pages, create training videos for the employees training sessions and create flyers for use in magazines and newspaper advertisements. I am currently in the process of re-designing the companies website using Wordpress.In March 2015, I was asked to set up the social media sites and website for Cafe Ventoux, a new cycling cafe on the A47 started by one of the directors of Funky-Tents & Events, which opened in July 2015 and has been incredibly successful to date.
