Preparation of buffers, measurement of sperm concentration by cell count with the Neubauer camera, semiquantitative motility, viability with eosin / nigrosine stains, sperm training with the CTC method (chlortetracycline), acrosome reaction with the trepan blue technique. Participated in a training course as a Chemical Laboratory Assistant.

  Led by the University of Veterinary Sciences (FCV UBA), with the participation of the University of Medicine (UBA), the research is based on the concept of "ONE Health". The research focuses on the field of viral evolution, by analyzing SARS-Cov2 sequences, in potentially infected animals like bats, and cats.That is why we have proposed to study the coronavirus population in two biological niches; a wild one, where we will be looking for potential species jump events such as the recently described case of a potential recombinant human/bat coronavirus. And, on the other hand, and given the importance of the number of cases in human beings in urban conglomerates and the intimate relationship with their pets, we consider them as another hot-spot, where infections can occur, and we will work with the same methodology.I had to take care of wild animals, controlling and monitoring individual characteristics such as sex, age, size, behavior and most important health.
