  We Understand and We CareNigel Thompson qualified through one of the large National companies in 1994 and has also been the northern area manager for a smaller, family company . Although Nigel has no hearing difficulties many of his family and friends suffer some degree of deafness. His bookkeeper has also worn hearing aids since childhood and was originally fitted with standard NHS hearing aids. Whilst the NHS does an outstanding job and fits digital technology, Nigel realised that the generic model available on the NHS did not suit every patient and now uses his expertise and personal experience of dealing with all manufacturers to ensure that each patient obtains the right hearing system for them. A Bespoke ServiceEvery patient is unique, everyone has a different hearing loss and a different lifestyle, which is why at Invisihear we offer a bespoke service that means that every hearing system is selected and tailored to the patient’s individual needs.Latest TechnologyBeing independent means that we can use the latest technology. We now use fourth generation digital processing chips which are much faster and have exceptional background noise suppression.Other advances include; ‘anti-shock’, ‘no whistle technology’, communication with mobile phones and miniaturisation.Open Ear technology has revolutionised hearing systems. Not only are they virtually invisible they also keep the ear canal very open allowing the natural sounds to be processed as normal, reducing occlusion and making the hearing system very comfortable to wear.Our on-going commitmentWe know that purchasing a hearing system is a long term investment so is we give a long term service plan to every patient. This means that the price includes free adjustments and back up for the ‘lifetime’ of the system.
