  AH-64D Armament Floor Supervisor (Fort Bliss, TX)- Supervised, and provided aircraft logistics support, technical problem solving, and on the job training to 30 Armament / electrical technicians ensuring an optimal level of maintenance, safety principals and procedures. Created programs that would help leaders see gaps in technicians' technical skills and helped create programs to fill those gaps. This resulted in improvements in the ability to delegate tasks with oversight review but less direct supervision, freeing supervisors for additional tasks.- Briefed Armament work order and phase maintenance status at Production Control Meetings. Coordinated the collaboration of resources and personnel from other sections within the Aviation Support.- Organized and maintained the section's maintenance programs and safety program. Coordinated and implemented daily workload operations which required prioritizing daily workflow in accordance with given aircraft priorities and missions.- Maintained Armament maintenance equipment worth over 1 million dollars. Created a new standard operating procedure manual, inventoried, and restocked section bench stock resulting in one hundred percent equipment and parts accountability and aircraft operational readiness. Improved system by creating an Excel spreadsheet that would track all bench stock, ensuring the bench stock never had missing or depleted stock. The system would also alert the user to quantities running low giving ample time to resupply.
