      Capitec bank – Title: End User Administrator• Support +/- 5000 Users and over 600 branches -Created new users on all platform and also did decommission of server and disable of user accounts as they resigned from the bank.-Supported branch user with their user account queries as regards to reset of passwords, account unlocks and editing of name or surnames. ‘-Maintained the telephony system of the bank for head office users.-As EUA we also ensured that all consultants’ details on the bank system match with the details on the server (Microsoft) for auditing purposes.Capitec bank – Title: Senior Technical support Agent• Support +/- 5000 Users and over 600 branches -As tech agent we did support for all branch.-Remote support via RDP or vnc software. -We support all for of hardware (PC, printers, finger print readers and POS devices) -As the support centre if as the device was of no use anymore we had to log all branch hard replacements.
