Organized and graded each pledge's 32 required professional emails. Provided support and empowered pledges to excel in their professional growth. Assist at professional workshops and become a friendly face pledges can rely on and come to for professional assistance. Connect with as many alumni as possible to expand the network for the UF chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi. Reach out to recent and upcoming graduates in the chapter about professional advice and information. Build up the professional network within our fraternity. Create a network of professional resources and contacts that all brothers can have access to. Compiled all information into an accessible document that can be passed along. Completed an 8-week-long pledging process and developed professional skills, such as public speaking, resume, and interview preparation. Fostered teamwork through working on projects with fellow pledges. Experienced tremendous professional growth and connected with the brotherhood. Engaged in team building with pledge class.
