      I worked in 3 separate roles at EC&O, starting with a temporary position as a website content administrator.Shortly after I moved into a junior Business Analyst position. I started training towards the ISEB Business Systems Development diploma (completed in 2004) while working on in-house development projects with responsibilities for requirements gathering, writing specification documents, liasing with developers and testing applications, end user training and support. The types of applications worked on include a CRM system, sales systems, contract management, and reporting.The business required someone to manage the internal desktop support team and asked me to fill this position. I managed a team of 4 people providing direct and remote support. During this time I obtained the ITIL Foundation certificate and started training towards the ITIL v2 Manager's certificate.
