It helps to improve ours knowledge in boosting productivity and services.For all these reasons, I grabbed an opportunity to complete 8 weeks long industrial training at Northern Corporation Limited of Northern Tosrifa Group which is 100% export oriented composite knit dyeing industry. It has well planned & equipped knitting and knit dyeing-finish unit in addition to facilitate knit wear manufacturing process.Despite the lack of indigenous cotton production capacity in Bangladesh, Northern Tosrifa Group has leveraged Bangladesh’s labor cost advantage and export competitiveness to the maximum Show less

  ➢ Internal & external communication.➢ Sampling, product development and offer price to the client.➢ After price confirmation collect all order concern document & preparing internal order sheets.➢ Closely monitoring the samplings issues and submit on-time to the client for approval.➢ Lab dip, trims, bulk fabric color, and quality submit to the buyer for approval.➢ Critical path analyzes and PP meeting with the buyer.➢ Follow-up T & A on a regular basis to ensure on-time delivery with the right quality and quantity.➢ Arrange all materials including accessories & trims as required.➢ Sent the required materials (Samples, fabric, trims etc.) to third-party lab test and provide the report to the client.➢ Update factory production and the quality team about buyer requirement to ensure proper quality.➢ Make a schedule for inspection with the inspection team.➢ At last confirm on time and smooth shipment to the buyer.➢ Time to time reporting to the head of the department, during the whole process.
