      I organised the promotional activity across five paid for newspaper titles with a combined daily readership of 750K people. Leading a team of three creative designers and one creative assistant who delivered the designs of all promotional artwork being used by the newspaper titles within the group. I created the yearly promotional plan, looking at the best times to run particular promotions to ensure they received maximum exposure.

      As Commercial Manager I formed part of the senior management team at 4th Screen Advertising. I developed and implemented their publisher acquisition strategy. My team managed all the relationships with the media owners who were part of the 4th Screen publisher network. This included some great brands like the Guardian, MTV, IMDb and Global Radio. Line Managing a team consisting of a Publisher Account Manager, Technical Project Manager and a Marketing Executive.

      Due to my expertise in mobile advertising, I was brought in on a 6 month contract to develop the agency's expertise around the area of mobile advertising. I managed a number of accounts including NIVEA, Asda and Johnson & Johnson. I completed a project to deliver Isobar Mobile's first iAd build for Johnson & Johnson. I also worked on the flagship account of Diageo, which is a broader account focused on mobile strategy as well as advertising. This involved project managing the build of an app for Captain Morgan.       AD-X was a first to market, revolutionary piece of technology that allowed brands and agencies to track, monitor and report on iOS, Android, Blackberry, HTML5 and WP7/8 mobile application downloads. The AD-X SDK would report on all media sources that delivered a download and also combine this data with in-app usage. I led a team of two executives, we managed all client relationships, which included over 100 advertisers. Clients included Priceline, Hotels.com, Coca-Cola, Domino's Pizza and Samsung.Criteo acquired AD-X in July 2013. Show less

      I transitioned from the Demand onto the Publisher (Supply) side of the Criteo business. I built and led a new internal education function designed to ensure we bridge the knowledge gap between the Demand and Supply teams at Criteo. Empowering Demand teams by developing a Supply tool kit, creating client-centric training materials, interactive e-learning and sales enablement for Supply. I designed and built a global training program within Criteo's learning centre that was then delivered to 900+ Criteo employees.I led several strategic initiatives within Criteo's Supply team, including the launch and testing of online video and CTV. I also partnered with the Product team to develop a proof of concept to allow external DSPs to buy on Criteo's direct publisher supply, which is accessible through our header bidding solution. This laid the foundation for the creation of Criteo’s own SSP. Show less Led and mentored a team of five Account Strategists who managed all client relationships for AD-X. This included training clients on the use of the solution, answering all ongoing queries and offering technical support. Our client base was diverse and included brands such as eBay, GREE, Hotels.com, Expedia, John Lewis, M&S, Plumbee, Betfair and Skyscanner. I also worked very closely with agencies such as Fetch, Carat, Group M and M&C Saatchi Mobile. On the publisher side I was heavily involved with managing our relationships with key partners such as Facebook, Twitter and Google. Due to my versatility, I also did some strategic selling, where I successfully sold the product to a number of brands including the BBC, Tesco, M&S, Plumbee, Rank Interactive and the Gala Coral Group.
