  I was an intern at ADM EDUCATION Society, working in the Human Resource department. My responsibilities have included recruiting and hiring new interns, as well as building a robust professional network. Due to my leadership qualities, communication skills, hard work, and dedication, I have been promoted to the position of Head of the Human Resource Department. In my new role, I am responsible for conducting interviews, hiring employees, managing my own team, and training new members.
