  Directly Manage the Philippines Purchasing organization with a consolidated spend across Plant, SRA, MSA, Capital and an emerging whitespace for Sales Expenses Spending. Led a multilevel purchasing team of 12 Purchasing personnel, and delivered an average of 30% year on year value creations with a spread of 10-20% bottom-line savings. Transformed Philippines as pioneer market for penetrating non-traditional whitespace spending and focused on creating a tail spend management model and transaction model via the Procurement Service Line that handled low dollar, high volume spending into a low touch solution.
