In 4 years improved community relations and made fiscally sound decisions without asking for any new levies while ensuring state report card scores improved.*Chaired a very in-depth superintendent search. Negotiated a revamped superintendents contract that was very friendly to the district.*Negotiated with the current administration and began a budget-friendly restructuring of the administrator's contract with a salary factoring schedule.*Led a committee to modernize the grading scale.*Negotiated a very complex real estate deal with a private entity and a government entity. * Helped get a complex renewal levy passed where we combined three separate levies into one. This was very beneficial to the district.*Communicated with members of the community and the media successfully improving the overall communication of the district by being part of a committee that started a school facebook page, live-streaming all board meetings, and allowing public participation of non-agenda items.
