His duties included:- Development of the project schedule, incorporating key engineering reviews and milestones. With no extant schedule in place and the project well underway, Michael has developed his schedule from the ground up while managing resources via a high-level master, milestone driven schedule to ensure long-term objectives can be achieved- Management of disparate stakeholders, including NGM5 program management, engineering and overseas suppliers- Facilitate discussion and negotiation of a Statement of Work (SoW) to attain agreement on joint development agreements between project stakeholders, including those located overseas Show less
