  Academy Award nominated film 3 years of senior management of multi-million animation feature, a critically acclaimed and multi award winning film.Production based in three countries and with five units in a very busy environment. Responsible for construction and management of staff budget (70% of overall budget).Scheduling of animation, clean-up and compositing depts, working closely with Assistant Director and heads of departments.Running all HR functions for the duration of the project. This included recruitment and selection of over 120 creative and production staff. Contract negotiations, appraisals, training and overseeing of payroll. Research and production of all policy documentation (all original). Handling all visas and work permits of non European staff and their families. Direct management of 8 production staff.Negotiated often on sensitive and time critical issues. Responsible for the day to day running of two offices in Edinburgh including health and safety.   We are a Dallas, TX based animation and production house, established and run by husband and wife team, Justin and Fiona Hall.With over 20 combined years of experience in the film, TV, festival and corporate arenas, we have collected such credits as Pathe's Oscar nominated, The Illusionist, Vertigo Film's Monsters, BBC's OOglies, Sesame Workshop's Tiny Planets, BBC's Songs of Praise and C.S. Lewis: Beyond Narnia, The Edinburgh International Film Festival and The Dallas International Film Festival.Although we are based in Dallas, we are more than happy to work with anyone, anywhere and already have a wealth of experience working in the UK in particular, as we were previously based in Edinburgh, Scotland.We are currently producing a WW2 documentary film, Crew 713, with Alex Mena - www.crew713.com We are also working with wonderful non -profits: Paper For Water, Behind Every Door and MOPS International on promotional videos Show less
