  I co-led the migration of the Tax Return processes from Brazil to Costa Rica in a project that moved a 40 FTEs organization from Brazil to Costa Rica. I was a key participant in the creation and execution of the project plan to execute that strategic effort.After the migration, I was accountable to submit to Brazil authorities the tax returns of ICMS, IPI, PIS-COFINS and ISS for the distribution center in Brazil which has branches located in , Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.I also have knowledge about Indirect taxes in Argentina, Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica and Panamá.   Accountable for a 50 million dollar program to enhance the capabilities in the Planning Supply Chain area by implementing Kinaxis as Advance planning system. Besides, capabilities like Demand sensing, detailed scheduling, inventory optimization, and truck load building are being transformed by this 4 years program. My role is to be the leader among the Business Units, Global Planning areas, IT department, third parties, procurement, among others, to create the project team platform that will transform the different initiatives into reality. Mandatory legal projects like CABYS in Costa Rica, intercompany services for Brazil, and e-invoicing implementations in LAO were successfully executed. As a result I led the overall planning, execution and stabilization of the new organization in Costa Rica. This work ended up in an operation of +2000 yearly tax returns executed from Costa Rica and reported to Brazil government entities. Besides, I supported the design of the new organization for Corporate tax located in Brazil. Once the job was done, I started working as the Latin America Project Manager for Taxes leading the improvements, automations and new migrations for 18 countries divided in three subregions.
