I have built a reputation as someone who has great intuition about people, and who can easily build relationships and encourage openness and trust in those I work with through my honesty and my own straight forward approach!My particular passion is in designing and delivering leadership development programmes, using tools such as 360 feedback to initially support identification of individual development needs and running a variety of modules including coaching skills, developing high performing teams, managing change and problem solving. I am also a certified practitioner in the Strength Deployment Inventory with over 13 years’ experience in the successful application of this tool to offer insight into building effective relationships as well as leadership style and impact.
