Supervised improvements at multiple plants totaling more than $3 million, including installation of new, federal high speed half-gallon bottling line and CIP System validation. Developed and supervised plant preventative maintenance programs for process, waste water treatment, boiler, refrigeration, and filling and packaging systems.
