  I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Mental Health and Wellness Educator for BTG Counseling and Educational Services. BTG is a mental health counseling and education business focused on "bridging the gap one session at a time". I provide one on one therapy, group therapy and couples counseling. My primary goal through my private practice is to eliminate the stigma surrounding mental health, especially for communities of color. When I am not providing direct counseling services in an office or virtual setting, I am holding mental health and wellness empowerment sessions in the community. I collaborate and partner with non-profit organizations, school districts, colleges and companies to provide education on topics such as Trauma-Informed Care,Stress Management, Time Management, Work-life Integration, and Imposter Syndrome to name a few.   I provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees impacted by disruptive workplace events. Upon arrival at the site I assess the level of disruption and provide group and individuals sessions to distressed staff members. I discuss grief, coping skills and provide information so they can receive further mental health support if needed.
