      Mar 2014 - Nov 2016
      Electrical Engineer

I have been actively involved in supporting electrical projects and operations across the Hanford site, collaborating with electricians to dismantle equipment and document internal model and serial numbers for arc flash reports. My responsibilities include completing electrical hazard analysis reports and assisting planners in developing work packages, as well as supporting field supervisors with walkdowns to ensure proper execution.Additionally, I perform engineering analysis and CAD drafting to create and update facility drawings, reflecting current conditions and enabling the construction of new laboratory test facilities. This work spans from designing utility transformer installations to PLC wiring for pump control. I provide field engineering support during construction, program and calibrate electrical instruments such as switchboard meters and heater controllers, and create master wire lists to verify proper connections between PLCs, terminal blocks, and instruments. My role also involves selecting, procuring, and ensuring the correct installation of electrical equipment. Show less
