  As the Global Co-Chair of W.A.N., I am dedicated to fostering a supportive environment for our leadership team, with a primary focus on driving diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization. Collaboratively, we develop programming for our members and allies aimed at educating and empowering individuals for both personal and professional development, while aligning with our core pillars. Collaborating closely with a portfolio of world leading university partners and strategic accounts, I manage enterprise needs through combined initiatives to maximize mutual growth and achieve key business objectives. Through the delivery of exceptional customer service, I foster long-term partnerships and cultivate trust and loyalty. As a key member of the leadership team within the Women's Alliance Network (W.A.N.), an Employee Resource Group (ERG), we are focused on driving positive change and creating a meaningful impact within the organisation. In my role, I lead the curation of regional initiatives aligned with our core pillars: Equity, Empowerment, Education, and Celebration. Working closely with our portfolio of world leading universities and partners, I manage B2B accounts by building and nurturing connections with clients and managing their various requirements throughout the sale lifecycle. Working with a portfolio of world leading university and corporate partners, I manage educational product development to ensure pedagogical alignment, as well as adherence to scope, timeline and budget.
