  Civil Engineer

  In my role as Site Engineer at Forus Investment and Real Estate.I supervised daily operational duties of multiple construction sites and projects to ensure all site personnel used quality workmanship in accordance with plans and client needs. I reviewed and edited shop drawings as required. I prepared bill of quantity and orders for release. I planned and coordinated project scheduling, budgeting and administrative tasks for each individual project. I ensured safety and risk mitigation standards by implementing cost control procedures and process monitoring. I attained projects within a given timeframe by organizing and implementing work calendar. I read blueprints and plans and convey them to the staff, whilst heading and submitting month end payment of invoices to clients. I monitored sub-contractors in completion of daily operations to ensure project progress and optimal performance. I maximised equipment and process efficiency by leading equipment facilities and empowering site staff to mitigate material wastage. My key contributions include:► Performed duties as a key contributor on Masharef Hills Project, a 68 residential luxury villas project, Vivienda luxury hotel-Riyadh branch consisting of 24 units, and Vivinda luxury hotel-Jeddah branch comprised of 48 units.► Handed over skeleton work to the Vivienda project in Jeddah three months prior to the deadline.
