  As Head of the Bayelsa State Office of NIRSAL, I lead the team and provide strategic direction for the implementation of the company's overall objectives in the state which include monitoring, reporting and remediation of NIRSAL backed agricultural projects, to ensure that such projects succeed from beginning to the end, and loans guaranteed are repaid within the agreed time frame. I ensure that the NIRSAL agricultural financing initiative is saturatively communicated to the entire state in order to build a robust platform for business development in the agricultural sector. To achieve these I work towards ensuring that my team is managed in a manner that brings out the best in each staff and emphasizes "the power of one" i.e, team spirit while leveraging on their individual strengths.
