      Welding moment frame structures such as roofs, floor and columns, maintaining and following safety regulations. A few months after getting promoted from a Welder to a QA inspector, was responsible for the complete quality of all the buildings leaving the factory. While QA, later was assigned to a Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing team, to implement and streamline production’s processes, soon after the completion of the program, and was awarded a certificate in Kaizen and Lean. Thereafter was promoted as a Foreman and was responsible to meet production schedule, to train new and existing employees with Company’s production safety rules and regulations. Two year later was promoted as an Estimator and was responsible for accurate estimates and bids for modular buildings and site work.
