      Senior Service Support Engineer

As part of the Desktop Support Group, my function here was to provide support for all hardware and software problems. Work undertaken included involvement in testing and evaluation of Windows 2000 prior to corporate use, MS Exchange Server administration, leading on a project to upgrade 2000+ PCs to a new network and upgrade of 100+ PCs to a new Oracle FIS platform.
