      While working in the Organisational Development Team in Anglian Water's @one Alliance I took a short term secondment as the Organisational Development Manager, leading a team of 6. Taking on responsibility for the team’s workload and development while continuing to work on my existing projects. I also had the opportunity to work as part of the Alliance Management Team, and continued to collaborate with stakeholders from across Anglian Water and the Partner Companies to ensure best practice and knowledge share. Show less Working in the @one Alliance at Anglian Water I define and implement people management processes that ensure individuals are well managed within the Alliance and have the appropriate level of interaction and integration with their partner organisations. Developing & managing people databases, systems and processes for recruitment, inductions and the development of Alliance staff I provide data and reports to the business. I also maintain job description and the organisational structure within the Alliance. I recently developed a new system & process for the Alliance Development Review and collate data from this to plan internal people moves and identify skill gaps.I work with the other People Development Advisors to provide regular updates, in a consistent format, on staff supply/demand figures and projected requirements.
