  Responsible for the main project: «Environmental impacts and economic performance of 15 Spa institutes for SPA A Association ». The aim of the project is to identify the main environmental contributors in the spa industry, in the life cycle. In parallel, we conduct a study on economic performance to identify the key factor of good environmental performance and economic efficiency. The study focuses on 15 spa institute. Each one will have a pragmatism action plan to reduce costs and impacts.Project Implementation and Evaluation: Analysis of the environmental and economic impacts of SPA activity. Audit of several spas to get on-site information, extensive use of the tool Winggy®, creation of a good practice guide as an evaluation tool, communicated with the different actors, participate in communication reports (press review, articles, methodology explanation), calculate the environmental impact, created a new methodology to calculate the healthy and ecotoxicity of some cosmetic products, went on-site to do some audits, and looked for good existing practices in this field, search technical and innovative adapted solutions.Training on the software Winggy®: An online tool developed by BetterFly Tourism. This software allows us to precisely analyze the expenses and the environmental footprint.   Climate Finance and Gender expert, I provide broad-based technical support to select, manage and monitor the Africa Climate Change Fund (ACCF) portfolio of projects.Project Implementation and Management: I have directly taken on the role of task manager for 15 projects in several countries in Africa, while ensuring time efficiency. Daily training and capacity building with the executing agencies, sharing good practices and lessons learned. I became a procurement and disbursement expert through several certifications at the Bank, maintaining a good rapport with internal and external stakeholders, working across organizational boundaries, and acting in accordance with AfDB and ACCF rules and guidelines. Monitor and measure gender-transformative climate change adaptation results. Portfolio Management and Results Monitoring: Understanding management processes and concepts, creating a monitoring pipeline and portfolio data collection, supervising call for proposals, preparing and presenting portfolio monitoring reports, creating and developing tools to monitor and report and ensure effective implementation as well as meeting deadlines. Trained on results-based management for designing and implementing a monitoring and evaluation system of the ACCF gender equality and climate resilience projects.Fund management support: Review and contribute to ACCF’s: operational guidelines and policies, annual reports, budgets, and work programs.
