      Served three year Advanced Modern Apprenticeship whilst undertaking college studies to HNC level.       JCB Cabs Division produces the operator environment (cabin) for all JCB Agricultural, Construction and Earthmoving products. The role requires overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and completion of projects that could range from simple cabin upgrades to the delivery of a completely new cab design for an innovative new addition to the JCB range. All projects involved helping cross-functional teams deliver new products as planned. This requires risk management, progress tracking and status reporting keeping the team and client fully informed.
