  This role involved working collaboratively with colleagues to create JAUPT accredited CPC courses and the delivery of the courses nationwide. Licence acquisition, inexperienced driver training, new starter inductions covering both company policies and EU drivers hours regulations, WTD and all other legal aspects governing drivers via Tachomaster. Additional ongoing training including safe and fuel efficient driving through the implementation of both Fleetboard (Mercedes Benz) and Microlise telematics systems and vehicle familiarisation to achieve the 10mpg KPI set by the business.
