  Scott works with MAHEC in a collaboration with the NC AHEC Program Office and the DHHS, DHB providing a bi-monthly, Tailored Care Management(TCM) Learning Collaborative for Advanced Medical Homes(AMH) and Care Management Agencies(CMA) who passed the desk review and are preparing for certification to provide TCM. As the NC AHEC Chair of the Behavioral Health Directors, Scott is coordinating 26 TCM Programs per year with 8 individual AHECs statewide. Scott provides consultation for the MAHEC Department of Psychiatry where he is the Patient Advisory Council Advisor for the Certified Community Behavioral Heath Center (CCBHC) and hosts the NC and National CCBHC Collaboratives, providing coaching and technical assistance for CCBHCs across the US in the Health Home model.
