  Responsible for actively promoting quality awareness, commitment and stewarding quality throughout ExxonMobil/MPN NPO projects. Manages Project Quality Managers on multiple projects/programs and providing implementation of early EMCAPS deliverables and plans. Sets expectations for quality activities and performs evaluations through project wide assessments as well as determining processes improvements. Confirms that NPO activities are meeting the overall Quality processes and OIMS goals and objectives by stewardship, assessment and leadership.
