  Milestones:*Developed the COMPASS PROGRAM as part of a student engagement strategy to make entrepreneurship, innovation, and the entrepreneurial mindset more accessible to students across all university faculties. This included, but was not limited to:-- Research into the current student mindset to understand the student body's appetite towards entrepreneurship and innovation-- Developing an engagement program centered around empowering student-entrepreneurs to: a) continue working on their current ventures/projects; b) promote the entrepreneurship programs outside of just the business school; and c) developed students skills through meaningful projects that also promoted entrepreneurship co-curricular programming. *Elevated, enhanced, and grew pillar events within programming to better support entrepreneurs (students, staff, faculty, and recent alum) across the university.. Two key pillar events involved were: --#MadeBySFU - bringing together SFU-based entrepreneurs in a product market fair to sell products and ultimately win by successfully receiving purchase orders from the SFU Spirit Shop/Bookstore. E--Coast Capital Savings Venture Prize - SFU's longest-running and largest entrepreneurship competition.
