I designed interactive lessons and made them age appropriate for 6th graders, managed rowdy students, organized and timed Skype sessions with the student in Japan, problem solved when lesson plans were not conveying information to the students well, and updated my supervisors about the progress in the classroom. I assist a teaching artist in a public school class room in New York City on a weekly basis, where we teach elementary school children different art techniques. I took professional photographs of the students' artwork to be published in the annual Year With Children book published by the Guggenheim Museum. I aided the students and the teaching artist in preparing for the annual Year With Children exhibition at the Guggenheim May 1st- June 17th, 2015.
