  • Major Roles- I was deputed to Swasthya Bhawan, Department of Health & Family Welfare (State ASHA Cell)• My responsibilities here summed up as planning and monitoring of the CINI Chetana Resource Centre (CCRC), were trainings were done for different modules of ASHA Program.• The trainings as well as field visits were held in CCRC according to the work plan I prepared every month. For monitoring of the same, I used to review the attendance of trainers, trainees and other attendees. Daily Feedback for food, health and other supports were also sent to me.• Once a training program or a field trip is over, CCRC used to send me designated formats verifying the training or the trip was completed successfully. After reviewing and evaluating a monthly report was submitted to SNGOC by me.• The plans were such like, in the first week of every starting month I supervised and evaluated the works planned v/s achieved and prepared next plan accordingly. Show less Reporting to Senior Training Coordinator, CCRC, CINI• I was recruited for 'ASHA Program', a GoI program.• As a core NGO employee this was my first job. As the designation Trainer cum Course Coordinator implies, my sole responsibility here was to train and coordinate training sessions as per the plan received by State ASHA Cell, Swasthya Bhawan.• These trainings were ToT. I was supposed to train the District Trainers of all the intervention districts where ASHAs were posted. Those districts trainers went back in their respective districts and used to train ASHAs.• There was filed visits as per plan and we had to travel 10 to 20 percent every month. In this field visits, I used to visit training sites as to monitor if the trainings were conducted the way we taught them. Moreover, we visited nearby villages with ASHAs to check if they have grasped it well. Show less

  • Major Roles- As the designation suggests, I majorly looked after the program and training part in a GoI project named Comprehensive Contraceptive Care (CCC).• I worked as a trainer, evaluator and a monitor. A few identified government hospitals were the area of our work. We visited those hospitals every alternative month. A total of 100 facilities were done.• I was responsible for various hospitals in nine different districts of WB, namely- Howrah, Hooghly, South 24 Parganas, Diamond Harbour HD, North 24 Parganas, Paschim Medinipur, Purba Medinipur, Bankura & Purulia• Field visits were planned 60 to 70 percent every month.
