  As Software Architect for the Geospatial Center of expertise,I intervene during the early phases of projects to design technical solutions, then I lead the implementation. I assure the technical survey of commercial products specifically on ESRI solutions (ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Runtime, ArcGIS API for JavaScript), and on Open Source solutions (GDAL, GeoServer) and OGC standards. I had to deliver a software that is able to extract metadata from geographical products.I designed and delivered a GIS server based on ArcGIS Server 10.0 / 10.1 : (Grid SOE, WFS To MapService SOE, Elevation Service, Image Service). I had the idea of combining the techniques used in CAD software with those used in photogrammetry to create urban environments. GeoMaker, our new solution for providing geospatial data (ortho-images, digital elevation models, 2D vectorial data and 3D models) is still based on this design.My responsibilities as Work Package manager of GeoMaker was to timely deliver the expected outputs of the work package while respecting cost and quality, to manage the risks and the opportunities and to manage the team by assigning described tasks. I reported to both program manager and clients. I was also in charge of the operational support which involves upgrading the system, bringing support for the operator, managing the technical report sheets and correcting anomalies.
