  -2009 Award Finalist, Director of the year-GPTA- Successfully organized and conducted the first Polo Pro-Am Tennis tournament for the Susan G Komen Foundation raising roughly $5000 for charity.- Supervised a tennis department that included an assistant pro, pro shop manager, and 2 pro shop associates.- Director of tennis program of over 200 players, that included the Polo Pro-Am, Davis Cup, summer camps, holiday camps, cardio tennis, and numerous Friday night mixers, - Managed a full service Pro-Shop in collaboration with Serious Tennis including racket stringing, equipment maintenance, merchandise ordering, and sales.- oversaw the maintenance and general landscaping of the facility which included windscreen repair and replacement, clay court resurfacing, daily clay court maintenance, net replacement, court pressure washing, and debris removal. -Tournament director for 2 yearly summer USTA tournaments which helped raise roughly $1500 each year. -Conducted a comprehensive Children's Summer Program that included 3 tennis camps and 5 swim/golf/tennis camps each summer. These programs generated on average a $20, 000 profit margin. - Implemented a quick start program that resulted in the formation of 2 Junior teams. Show less
