Encouraging new local businesses to become involved with the Club through Sales of Advertising, Match Hospitality, Functions and Social Club Facilities. Using these platforms and exploring other business opportunities to maximise revenue for the club. Responsible for my own lead generation through cold calling, business networking and referrals and handling of accounts from initial enquiry, closure of sale, delivery of product or event to repeat bookings. Match days included co-ordination of volunteers, catering, match day entertainment and hospitality on the day/ evening.Social Club - Answering general enquiries regarding booking of Social Club Facilities such as Corporate Events/ Meetings, Parties and Match Days. Liaise with Social Club Manager to ensure smooth running of Match Days and other football club bookings.Other general duties included daytime running of Official Club Shop, dealing with incoming telephone enquiries or visitors to reception, regular updating of Official Website and Social Media Channels, occasional sourcing of additional training facilities and other FA Forms and Procedures.Additional to this role, I was also Programme Editor for the Club from sale of advertising space to content writing, liaison with external content writers and printers to receipt of finished product to required timescale.
