Prepare file for Production Styles and provide all approvals (Sampling, Fabric, Trims and Accessories) 7. Maintain time & action calendar to ensure on time delivery.8. Coordinate with Suppliers for Pre-Production Meeting and Final random inspection with QA team.9. Assist to tracking from fabric/trim development, approval, color approval up to greige ready, dyed fabric ready/in house & trims ready/in house. 10. Visually review and comment on 1st bulk lot and shade band from Supplier according to Sportmaster color manual within seasonal calendar. Maintain lab-dip and 1st bulk lot library. Systematic keeping and recording lab dips and 1st bulk lots and all subsequent bulk shade stages. 11. Coordinate with all nominated fabric supplier, trims supplier and garment supplier from development, Pre- production and bulk production process to ensure good consistent quality materials are delivered on time. To ensure timely booking to fabric supplier and trim supplier and maintaining agreed terms with each other. 12. Providing production & shipment status weekly basis to HQ top management. 13.
