  Mission: Bridge the communication gap between real estate agents and their leads.I worked on the product discovery, launch, and testing of a web chat MVP tailored for the real estate industry. It consisted of four products.- A web chat widget that enabled users to text agents and make video/voice calls while browsing properties for sale.- A web chat management system that allows agents to communicate with their leads via text, video, and voice calls, create chatbot automation flows, view leads information, and customize their web chat widget.- iOS and Android mobile apps for agents that provide similar features to the web chat management system.- An account management super-admin for our agents' accounts.As the first product owner of the company, I was responsible for implementing SCRUM in the development team, creating wireframes, defining a product vision, developing a user story mapping, a product roadmap, and a product backlog from scratch, and conducting product demos for early adopters.
