  I was responsible for the planned budget to reach the targeted satisfaction rate. I tried to fix all guest complaints and solved all problems. I had catalog creation and approval and create the Daily, weekly, monthly working plan and organization like room allocations, room changes, and other quest requests. I was controlling all payments of travel companies and Guest payments.   Especially my successful performance in online sales and effective digital marketing strategy through I became B2B and B2C Assistant Manager positions in the Sales & Marketing team of 6 teammates of Delphin Hotels & Resorts. Since 2015, the B2C sales rate has been growing by 400% every year. In the crisis years we left behind (2016-2017), we experienced the biggest increase in our online channels and booking engine. At this point, we were able to increase our B2C sales rate from 2% to 15%. Now total revenue of online (B2C) channels that I manage has exceeded 25 million Euros.
