  I was responsible for the planned budget to reach the targeted satisfaction rate. I tried to fix all guest complaints and solved all problems. I had catalog creation and approval and create the Daily, weekly, monthly working plan and organization like room allocations, room changes, and other quest requests. I was controlling all payments of travel companies and Guest payments. To be responsible for the entire organization planned by the Front Office Manager, to follow up, and to be responsible for my shift. I was working every shift day by day. I was making a daily reservation entry to PMS and checking occupancy.I was contacting partners about reservations. I was supporting the daily front desk operations and supporting cashier operations.   Especially my successful performance in online sales and effective digital marketing strategy through I became B2B and B2C Assistant Manager positions in the Sales & Marketing team of 6 teammates of Delphin Hotels & Resorts. Since 2015, the B2C sales rate has been growing by 400% every year. In the crisis years we left behind (2016-2017), we experienced the biggest increase in our online channels and booking engine. At this point, we were able to increase our B2C sales rate from 2% to 15%. Now total revenue of online (B2C) channels that I manage has exceeded 25 million Euros.
