  Motor Lab support for 6 years. Ran hundreds of motor dyno tests, as well as motor control tests. Instrumented for and took data for voltage, current, power, motor efficiency, circuit/component efficiency etc…Was responsible for purchasing and maintaining stock of electronic components and capital equipment. Routinely met with suppliers like Newark Electronics and others at that time, in effort to continuously work on better stocking methods, pricing etc... I wrote hundreds of purchase orders, ranging from a few dollars to in excess of $100k.Was recognized throughout the corporation as the resident “ECAD Expert”, with design experience running from 1986 to 1999. Responsible for maintaining system at all levels, e.g. software updates, library and file management, training issues etc... Performed evaluations of available ECAD software, and my recommendation resulted in the selection of the Veribest(Mentor Graphics) software as the corporate standard globally.   Plan, schedule, coordinate, facilitate projects into the EMC Lab, for a variety of RF and Ground Plane EMC tests. This includes scheduling requests for testing as they come in, as well as scheduling the daily workload for 6 technicians. Team-building and coaching/mentoring have proven to be key items in ensuring success. I previously served on IEEE Committee 1836/1837 as Whirlpool's representative for EMC standards development here in North America.The objective was to protect the interests of our customers, as well as those of Whirlpool Corporation.
