Have done specialized courses on Human Resource Management, Team Management, Life style Management, Risk Management, Incident Investigation, Ship Security Management, Intercultural Personnel Management, Leadership and Personnel Management, Personal Safety and Social Responsibility, Training and assessment of shipboard personnel. GMDSS, Advanced PCC, Advanced fire-fighting, Medical Care, Electronic Navigation. Travelled all over the world and gathered experience with almost all races and nationalities and observed the state of irregular distribution of development of our planet and become passionate about development sector businesses to increase wealth and life standard for the developing world.
