      Presenter - 5th Annual Student Art History Symposium Minneapolis Institute of Art Apr 2017 I was nominated by the art department at MSU to participate in the Student Art History Symposium at the Minneapolis Institute of Arts (Mia). I presented my paper, "Nizami or Jami? Rediscovering the Origins of A King Picnicking in the Mountains" This research is centered around a Persian miniature painting in the collection at Mia and the exciting discoveries I have made in regards to its historical context.https://new.artsmia.org/event/5th-annual-student-art-history-symposium/

      Foundation Grant Recipient Undergraduate Research Center Mar 2017 I received a grant which enabled me to travel to the Oriental Institute in Chicago to further my research on satirical imagery in Ancient Egypt. I presented this research at the 2017 Undergraduate Research Symposium at MSU, Mankato.
