In my role as Principal Process Engineer, I design or modify process cooling or heating systems for refineries, chemical and nuclear plants. I am also involved in management and deployment of our specialized industrial equipment such as heat exchangers, hydrocarbon pumps, process vessels and others.Day to day activities include equipment and system sizing. I routinely prepare P&IDs, PFDs, Heat and Material Balance; for temporary cooling and heating systems. Process simulation is a key part of my design work.I also give process design recommendations, considering technical requirements, cost, available space, time limitations, company planning, and economic factors. Equipment typically used in my designs include; cooling towers, mechanical chillers, heat exchangers (Shell & Tube and Shell and Plate), pumps, generators, compressors, air handlers etc Show less In my role as Senior Process Engineer, I use engineering principles to design or modify process systems for refineries and nuclear plants.
