  Experience with CBC Health ServicesDuring my time at CBC Health Services, I led a forensic audit that showcased my expertise in financial investigations and risk management. The organization was dealing with serious allegations of payroll discrepancies, fund misappropriation, and conflicts of interest. My role was to thoroughly investigate these issues and provide actionable solutions to help the organization address these concerns and strengthen its financial practices.The first issue involved payroll discrepancies, where employees reported that their received less salaries than what was recorded. I conducted a detailed analysis of payroll records and bank statements, uncovering a consistent pattern of discrepancies. This systemic issue highlighted weaknesses in the organization’s financial controls, which required a serious review.The conflict of interest was a critical finding that extended beyond payroll issues. Staff ability to influence both fund inflows and outflows created opportunities for financial manipulation. This situation required not just forensic accounting expertise but but more agile internal control. However, i used my expertise to uncover the fraud.During my tenure at CBC Health Services, I led a forensic audit that showcased my expertise in financial investigations, risk management, and strategic advisory. The organization was facing serious allegations of financial mismanagement, including falsified personnel costs, misappropriation of funds, and conflicts of interest. I conducted a meticulous audit, uncovering consistent income discrepancies where the Bursar received less than the amounts recorded as income received from clients. Tracing these issues led to the cashier not submitting all cash received on a daily basis by allowing their family members collect drugs without payment presenting a potential conflicts of interest, compromising the organization’s financial integrity.
