  • Responsible for Planning the releases, delivery, and implementation of project change requests, production fixes, operational enhancements, and application upgrades as and when required to safeguard and enhance operational environment functionality.• Responsible to conduct release readiness, milestone reviews and business Go/No GO of releases. schedule and Control releases or release backlogs and ensure releases deployed in IT infrastructure are tested, documented, communicated, and approved from all the relevant stake holders, business owners.• Managing the sprint deliverables assigned to the different agile squad team, taking a handover from technical leads to ensure a seamless delivery for our customers and maximum release success.• Interfaces with Business Landscape managers, Deployment teams, Operation Leads for change and release scheduling, customer notifications and change approvals.• Responsible for risk and impact assessment to mitigate the outages in implementing environment and ensuring required approvals are in place from all stakeholders before implementing in production environment.• Maintains a release repository and manage key information such as release calendar, release content, release note and post implementation reviews. Responsible for creating the RFCs, change requests (CRs) as per the plan and presenting to the CAB meetings.• Leading the Collision Analysis process (week-to-week) to ensure release events do not conflict with other releases.• Responsible to produce deployment runbooks in coordination with engineering teams, development teams and ensure knowledge document or runbook is existing for operational support.• Responsible for maintaining the Service Asset Configuration Manager (SACM) having information like release version, size of software, current version used, type of software, risk acceptance from customer, End of Life/Support Information (EOL/EOS) Show less
