My responsibilities included, successfully creating, organizing, managing, motivating, & facilitating the Thibodaux CI Process. The Thibodaux CI program consisted of 10 CI Teams, a leadership team and a steering committee, executing the CI process in alignment with John Deere best practices and program requirements. My role was focused on identifying, organizing, implementing, documenting, and sharing value improvement projects in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery, & Efficiency. These value improvement projects were identified and completed using Six Sigma problem solving methodologies with the intent to identify root causes and best team solutions. When applicable, these projects utilized mistake-proofing techniques to ensure sustainable improvements were made. Process improvement sharing and frequent communication through various Communities of Practice as well as participation in local and enterprise platform sharing and contests to ensure best practices were available to be adopted or built upon by the entire organization.   PIP - Product Improvement Program coordinator for the John Deere Specialty Harvesting team. I was responsible for managing the PIP process for all of specialty harvesting products produced at Des Moines Works and John Deere Thibodaux, as well as coordinating the PIP activities for sugar products out of Brazil and cotton products produced in China. My focus was to coordinate with the problem resolution teams at each factory to reduce PIP cycle time and ensure timely program release.
