      I was responsible for the programming, setup, and maintenance of high-tech laser systems and beam delivery systems to start and/or adjust job production and performance. I performed various levels of R&D and parameter development for new materials and part geometries. I also strived to be receptive to the needs of all Laser Light employees and was able to collaborate with employees at all levels in order to facilitate productivity and infrastructure functionality.
