The hotel includes its own power plant and wastewater treatment plant on site. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Army Base, Doha, Qatar: Responsible for all mechanicalactivites on construction of this $44 million project, 60 structure predepolyment staging base. Kuala Lumpur City Centre Retail: Construction of 1.7 Million SQ.FT., Seven story, steel framed with precast concrete envelope, shopping mall. Work also includes architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing fitout of a four story, 5,000 bay, below ground carpark. $225M U.S.
