  After a year of working at Brookstone I was promoted to Head Cashier for the holiday season. This position's main responsibilities that included teaching all cashiers how to use the cash registers, teaching them how to do returns and teaching them how to deal with problem customers. I built long term relationships with customers and let them know when out of stock products come back in stock. I was required to watch product information videos to learn about all of the products.

  Camp Counselor

  This was the camp I attended as a child for 7 summers. I was in charge of 10 to 12 kids who's ages range from 10-14 years old. I had organize and lead a variety of small and large group activities each week. I also had to help to campers become friends with each other when they came into camp not knowing the other campers. I had to take the kids to large group and make sure they behaved orderly. I was required to know and understand all emergency procedures associated with the camp program and be able enforce, and follow all safety guidelines associated with the camp and all program areas.   The NA Innovation Factory develops, delivers and supports customer facing demos. I built demos that show "the art of the possible" when SAP products and services are combined with edge technologies. I have presented these demos in groups that range in size from 5 to 100+ customers and colleagues in a variety of settings. The goal of the presentations and demos is to show customers how there business can be optimized with edge technology combined with SAP technologies. Two year rotational program for high achieving, exemplary students who completed their 2nd year of university. For the first year long rotation, students are placed in a department by the hiring manager. For the second rotation, students use their connections they built during the first to network within the company to find a new department to rotate to. I developed a web application to help quota carriers see if the proper amount of quota is being retired per opportunity. Specific business logic was implemented so the rules that quota retirement is based on is correct for all types of quota carriers. The app was built in SAP's proprietary IDE written in html5 and Javascript with a SAP Hana database backend.
